Notice to Renters or Buyers: We do not inspect properties. We are counting on the integrity of the owners to be forthright in their claims. Please let us know if you find properties contrary to that concept or if an owner lists one property and then tries to give you a different one.

Privacy: We collect data but do not share data with any source. We require contact information listed on your property and the program will do this automatically. Any other data collected to identify you or for accounting purposes will be held in the strictest confidence.
